Richard O'Dor is the founder and President of Presentational Speaking LLC. He has served as a Communication Advisor to His Highness and Her Highness of the State of Qatar. Richard has analyzed and developed communication strategies regarding high profile media events, such as the UN’s Alliance of Civilizations, World Telecommunication Development Conference and The Clinton Global Initiative. Richard was a professor at Duke University for eighteen years. While at Duke, he received 17 research grants to training minority students in scientific presentations. Over 25% of these students were hearing impaired. As an expert on political debates, Richard was interviewed by NPR, NBC, CBS, ABC News, Associated Press, Newsday, and Reuters during the last three Presidential elections. His comments have been featured on radio, television, and in hundreds of newspapers including the New York Times, Washington Post, Philadelphia Inquirer, The Guardian (London), and El Espectador (Colombia).
